From the outset when you first contact us, we will endeavour to demonstrate our commitment to good service.  We will arrange for an experienced sales agent to meet you for an appraisal for your property, they will present you with sound advice on the market conditions and give an honest appraisal of the likely price achievable, based on comparable evidence from the local area.

Unlike some other firms, we will not over-inflate the price to obtain your instruction.

Once a formal offer is agreed and a memorandum of sale has been issued, many agents can get very lazy with the ongoing progression of the sale, leaving the work to the various party's solicitors – not acceptable! At Revere Property Group we will maintain our full-time commitment to the sales process from day one up to completion with regular communications with all parties to the sale, and update for the vendor on the progression towards exchange.
